2. Offer and Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. A purchase contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation.

4. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are only processed after successful payment authorization.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of HOBBY41 until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Damage caused by improper use is excluded.
8. Liability
HOBBY41 is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is in Switzerland, where legally permissible.
